the gym is a popular fitness option for time-challenged exercisers. our time in the gym is often limited by the other demands in our life.

often one is all the time you have to reverse the excesses of the weekend

whether you attend a group fitness class or pound the treadmill, your results will begin to plateau.

to increase your gym performance you have two options;

increase the amount of time you exercise, or increase the intensity of your workout.

it’s a vicious cycle. you don’t have the extra time to dedicate to exercise and you aren’t fit enough to increase your workout intensity.

the airo health and fitness program will enable you to increase the intensity of your workout and realize true improvements in the results you achieve from your gym workout.

the airo program will:

  • increase your energy levels
  • increase your aerobic ability – VO2 Max
  • improve recovery times between workouts
  • increase your power output

each airo session is 40 minutes long and involves receiving alternate cycles of high altitude oxygen followed by sea-level oxygen. a base altitude fitness program of 15 days is required. it is recommended that you complete the base program on successive days.

the positive adaptations from the program can last for up to three months. we do recommend that you continue to have refresher courses every 4-6 weeks to maintain the benefits.

each refresher course is a 40 minute per day, five day program.
