whether you want to increase your energy levels to get through the day, or step up into a regular exercise program, airo altitude simulation programs will enable you to achieve your goals. an airo altitude simulation program increases the amount of oxygen you carry in your body. you therefore have more oxygen being supplied to your muscles which enables them to work for longer periods without fatiguing.
by increasing the efficiency of your metabolism and the way you process oxygen, you will feel energised and mentally alert. you also reduce the pressure on your heart to deliver oxygen to your muscles and organs.

each airo session is 40 minutes long and involves receiving alternate cycles of high altitude oxygen followed by sea-level oxygen. a base altitude fitness program of 15 days is required. it is recommended that you complete the base program on successive days.
the positive adaptations from the program can last for up to three months. we do recommend that you continue to have refresher courses every 4-6 weeks to maintain the benefits.
each refresher course is a 40 minute per day, five day program.
